Humanity and Nepotism
Everybody in media or social platform having one word to speak about that is "Nepotism"-truth but the same we have known for a long but now with awareness of social and digital space,it has increased million folds.
Nepotism is in every area and will service. suppose an industrialist when establishing an industry at an ideal level.
And if he has to choose a representative for his industry, will he then choose a worthy person in that position? None of them will give this post to his or her children, or to some of his interests. Because it's the human tendency that whatever we gathered,we divide it into our children, because what we have gained is something we cannot give to anyone else.
This is happening everywhere but If we talk about bollywood industry nepotism has been practised at a wider scale.
One aspect now, another side is that it's exactly why someone's standing on top of an industry can't just make other people see a dream.
How bollywood industry mentally tortured newcomers who has no godfather in the industry which gradually makes them mentally weak and ill .
It is very difficult for an outsider irrespective of talent,to get featured.
We have seen the example of Sushant singh On june 14th 2020 he committed suicide at his residence in mumbai and as per report state that actor was in depression for the past 6 months.
His demise raised a question on nepotism and the issue is everywhere in social media platform and the discussion is about all over the media and everywhere but its not new .
Is this something that we just realised?
Instead of feeling threatened or attacked those who have got ahead through nepotism in bollywood should take a moment to reflect and think about how they can help bring through new talent ,give outsider an opportunity and be more sensitive to collegues.
I came across one of his tweet where nepotism is actually figured out by his words "Aree but if you dont watch it then they would throw me out of bollywood.I have no godfather.I have made you all my god and father.watch it atleast if you wish i do survive in bollywood.Much love and regards"

Some eminent personalities are coming out of their sheds into limelight to address the issue by quoting their own example but now what is the point and use?
Does all these conversations will get him back now?
But only Kangana is the one who actually lashing out at Nepotism in a very bold way.

I would like conclude here by saying that we audience must take stand and boycott these nepotism kings and queens of our bollywood fraternity for time being in order to make them realise that whatever filthy tools they are using to be in the industry is actually turns out Disgrace To Humanity.
